Dr Tim spends a lot of time addressing the soft tissue component of your condition, helping restore optimal alignment and proper movement to your spine and extremities.

Meet Our Athletic Chiropractor

Dr Tim played sports at Uni and continues to be involved with athletics and weight training. He understands the biomechanics of movement and the additional stress that athletes subject their bodies to, and he is keen to help active people stay active—and to help people who want to become active achieve that goal.

Rather than opening our practice in a stand-alone practice, Dr Tim chose to open in an F45 gym to serve the needs of a more athletic clientele. But no worries—you don't need to be a member of the gym to receive outstanding care!
